Write very short answers to the following questions:
१. नेपालको जनगणनाको इतिहासमा वार्षिक बृद्दीदर सबभन्दा उच्च रहेको जनगणना वर्ष लेख्नुहोस। Write the census year when the Population Growth Rate was highest in the Nepalese census history.
२. नेपालको कुनै सहरको पुरुष जनसंख्या २,५०,००० र महिला जनसंख्या २,५३,००० थियो भने लिङ्ग अनुपात कति होला ? What will be the sex ratio if male population of a certain town of Nepal was 2,50,000 and female population was 2,53,000 ?
३. भौतिक जीवन श्रेणी मापन गर्ने कुनै एउटा आधार लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one criteria to measure Physical Quality of Life Index?
४. नेपालको हिमाली प्रदेशमा कृषियोग्य भूमि कति प्रतिशत छ ? What is the percentage of cultivatable Land in Mountain region of Nepal?
५. वनजंगल संरक्षण गर्ने कुनै एक उपाय लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one measure to preserve forest.
६. जैविक विविधतामा परेको एउटा प्रतिकूल असर लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one adverse effect on biodiversity.
७. यार्सागुम्वा संरक्षण गर्ने कुनै एक उपाय लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one measure to conserve cordyceps.
८. ग्रामिण क्षेत्रको विकासमा गर्नुपर्ने कुनै एक कार्य लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one activity which is required to develop rural area.
९. सर्ने रोगको कुनै एउटा करण लेख्नुहोस्। Write any one cause of communicable disease.
१०. तपाईको समुदायमा भएको व्यापकता सम्बन्धी समस्या समाधानमा तपाइको व्यक्तिगत प्रयास के हुन् सक्छ? What will be your personal effort to solve the problem of prevalence of disease in your community?

Write short answers to any thirteen of the following questions:
११. नेपालमा जनसंख्या वितरण समान नहुनुका कारणहरु के के हुन्? यसलाई सम्बोधन गर्न अपनाउनु पर्ने कुनै दुई उपायहरु लेख्नुहोस्। What are the causes of unequal distribution of population in Nepal? Write any two measures to address the problem. [3 + 2 = 5]
